Tiny House Rebekka 13.6 m² is a flat-pack timber cabin with an internal floor area of 13.6 m² and an external footprint of 562 x 339 cm. It has a gable roof inclined at 20.0 degrees with a 50 cm overhang, over 160 mm timber-framed walls clad in 18 mm boards, standing 256 cm high, giving a total height of 328 cm and an internal volume of 31.1 m³.

Our Tiny House Rebekka 13.6 m² is sized for a garden studio, home office, guest space or hobby room. Doors and windows are Alu DG (double glazed) with double toughened glass, in openings of 84 x 204 cm and 103 x 205 cm. Roof boards and floor boards are both 19 mm. The kiln-dried Nordic spruce is machine-cut in Europe and the components arrive pre-cut, supplied untreated. The kit arrives complete with fixings and an illustrated assembly guide.

Start with the base. Choose a position that is level, firm and drains freely, and set out a foundation across the full 562 x 339 cm footprint with working room on every side. A concrete slab, piers or a compacted and levelled bearer arrangement with sufficient bearing capacity all work, provided the surface is flat and square before the first timber is placed. Check the building is set-out true to requirements and as per installation manual. The treated foundation joists sit on that base, so grade the ground to carry water away from the building and keep soil and mulch below the joist line. If in doubt, always consult a foundation specialist.

Keep the packs flat, dry and off the ground until you are ready to build. Where the timber is supplied untreated, have your exterior coating ready before you begin and apply at least two coats to all faces, including cut ends and anything that will be hard to reach once the building is assembled and standing. Re-apply coating as recommended by the manufacturer and before the finish starts to fail.

Assemble in the order shown in the provided manuals. Timber is a living material. It shrinks and expands based on temperature and humidity changes. This is normal, and it means periodical adjustments to doors and windows over the first few months and with the seasons thereafter.

Free warehouse pickup is available. Smaller items and accessories are sent by standard post or courier to your home address, with shipping shown at checkout.

Larger products are supplied as flat-pack kits on pallets. The number of pallets, their dimensions and their weights vary by product and are shown with each product.

You may collect your order from our warehouse or the depot, or arrange delivery from the depot to your final destination at your cost. Most depots offer delivery from the depot to your address. Unloading, access and any equipment required are organised by you with the depot or your chosen delivery provider.

Products held in stock are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days of receipt of payment. Made to order products carry a lead time of 8 to 14 weeks.

Our timber products are delivered as securely packaged, weatherproof flat packs. Construction materials, doors, windows, fixtures, hardware, and any optionally added products are included as detailed in the description. This ensures safe delivery and storage.
