Walls stand 211 cm high, with a total building height of 239 cm and a 30 cm roof overhang. The steam room is fitted with two-level aspen benches with backs, an aspen heater safety railing, ceiling insulation, ceiling boards and a window. Access is through a lockable aluminium sliding door set, with an inner sauna door in 8 mm toughened glass. Roof boards are 19 mm and floor boards 28 mm, and pressure-treated foundation joists are included. Doors and windows are Summer grade with double toughened glass. The timber is supplied untreated.
