The gable roof sits at 15 degrees with an 18 cm overhang, over a wall height of 210 cm and a total height of 262 cm, enclosing 41.5 m³. Roof and floor boards are 19 mm tongue and groove, and treated foundation joists are included. Two door openings are provided, at 78 x 181 cm and 138 x 181 cm, along with a window opening of 40 x 44 cm. Glazing is real double toughened glass, and door and window bars are supplied. The door frame is laminated and a cylinder lock is fitted. The timber is slow-grown Nordic spruce, kiln-dried and machine-cut, with components arriving pre-cut.
