Fitted joinery is Summer+ grade, with a tilt and turn window, a laminated door frame, 3D door hinges adjustable in three axes, rubber seals and silicone, a cylinder lock, a low door sill covered with stainless steel and a metal window water gutter. Treated foundation joists are included.
